An incredible upgrade from the OEM Ford based G-series 3 phase alternators! This Denso based large case alternator features 6 phase Hairpin stator technology, twin rectifier plates, and 12 massive diodes for outstanding durability. In diesel applications, this unit can crank out as much as 180+ amps at idle while still maintaining the stock length belt due to Ford Diesel larger OEM crank pulley.

Not only is this a huge amperage upgrade, but you also even get a voltage upgrade. We offer this high output alternator with the style GM 4pin regulator that has proven its durability over the years. We include an easy plug and play harness that will adapt our alternator to the OEM Ford style plug. These harnesses are made in house here and fully crimped, soldered, epoxied and have weatherproof gaskets...just like how the OEM would do it!

Special installation note:
In some applications we have found that there may or may not be a small bolt holding a small metal coolant pipe that will interfere with our alternator sitting flat to its mounting surface. We advise if you encounter this you simply remove the small bolt and leave the bracket in place. When our alternator is installed and bolted down, the bracket is sandwiched in between creating the same retention force (or more) than the OEM small retaining bolt. We do not advise notching or modifying the alternator to create clearance for this bolt due to incorrect tools being used and will necessitate the removal of the alternator in case of a hose replacement situation instead of an easier way of just loosening.
