Responsibilities
  • Prepare parts for painting, including cleaning, masking, sanding, and priming
  • Mix and apply paint using appropriate techniques (spray gun, HVLP, etc.) to ensure smooth, even coatings
  • Monitor paint thickness, adhesion, and overall finish quality
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, following proper safety protocols
  • Perform quality checks to ensure painted parts meet company standards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve common paint defects (runs, fisheyes, orange peel, etc.)
  • Maintain and clean spray equipment regularly
  • Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines
Requirements
  • Minimum of one year of automotive or similar paint experience (construction industry experience does not qualify)
  • Experience using automotive or industrial paint application methods
  • Understanding of proper surface preparation and finishing techniques
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain consistency
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to inspect finished work
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
  • Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities
  • Review, verify, and process incoming orders from BigCommerce and other sales channels
  • Verify customer-submitted vehicle fitment data against product specifications before order fulfillment
  • Generate invoices, packing slips, and shipping documentation in QuickBooks
  • Communicate order status, lead times, and any issues to customers via email
  • Coordinate with shipping and production teams to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment
  • Maintain accurate order records and flag discrepancies for resolution
  • Assist with basic customer inquiries related to order status and product availability

Requirements
