Have you had your current Mechman Alternator over 2 years and it's not performing like it has been? Voltage a little bit low after checking connections? Pulley showing wear from belt slip? Get a fresh rebuild/refresh service with our teardown and replace process. This applies to all currently built Mechman Alternators on the website that are out of the 2-year standard warranty we provide to the original purchaser.

High output alternators are subjected to many harsh heat cycles during its life and can be very taxing on electronic components such as rectifiers, brushes, bearings, rotors and even stators. With our rebuild service all components will be examined, cleaned and replaced when not tested to spec. Have a custom painted finish? We'll take care of that as well with a fresh coat of the same or color of your choosing if you have a new theme for your build.

Please be sure to pack the alternator tightly and securely as MechMan is not responsible for damages from shipping. We recommend using the original packaging and double boxing for sufficient protection.
