Shipping Policy

  • Shipping insurance is highly recommended when purchasing Mechman Alternators online to avoid lost/damaged/stolen deliveries.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to ship any units needing warranty service to the MechMan repair facility.  Please use the RGA tab in the navigation menu for faster response before shipping the unit.
  • Costs associated with repairing damage caused by return shipping will be required to be paid for by the customer.
  • MechMan will cover return shipping costs to ship alternators repaired under warranty to any customer inside the continental 48-unit states.
  • Customers outside of the continental 48 united states will be liable for return shipping costs for alternators repaired under warranty.
